MorphoDepot Lab Onboarding

This page onboards lab PIs into the MorphoDepot GitHub organization. Signing in with your ORCID iD sets up your lab team (with you as its maintainer), adds you to the research domain teams you choose, and sends your GitHub organization invitation.

Are you a student or contributor?

You don't need to onboard here. Contributing segmentations to a public MorphoDepot repository needs no organization membership — just open an issue on the repo, fork it, and submit a pull request through the MorphoDepot Slicer extension.

What you'll need

• An ORCID iD (free, ~30 seconds to register)
• Your GitHub username
• An email address we can verify
